Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational QA tasks including quality inspection, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling for evaluation projects.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to stay aligned on guideline updates and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system, perform error analysis, and provide feedback to R&D and Product stakeholders.
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores, conduct root cause analysis with the management team, and track daily output and quality scores.
  • •Localize guidelines and training schedules, deliver training to new joiners, and support product knowledge tests and related result analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of relevant QA working experience.
  • •Fluent in English as a working language.
  • •Background in QA, especially search engine evaluation, with familiarity in search engines and proficiency with common office software.
  • •Strong ability to learn and understand new concepts.
  • •Deep understanding of local culture and internet usage habits, with attention to detail and data analysis skills to identify trends.
