Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise a hourly workforce, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions or disciplinary measures as needed
•Set example for the team, solicit feedback, and motivate high performance
•Ensure a safe work environment with a goal of zero OSHA recordables annually
•Oversee incoming acceptance, storage, and issuance of parts and materials into inventory
•Drive logistics improvements and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high customer service levels

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
•Experience with ERP/inventory management software (5+ years)
•Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) systems
•5+ years of leadership/people management experience in materials management
•Strong communication and team-building skills
