Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead End‑to‑End Data Center Architectural Design from concept through commissioning.
  • •Define architectural concepts and facility topology; establish the architectural basis of design with resiliency, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • •Lead the design of critical spaces (data halls, electrical rooms, mechanical galleries, security zones, loading docks, NOCs, offices) and optimize circulation.
  • •Coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering (MEP, structural, fire protection, controls, security) to ensure cohesive integration.
  • •Oversee design documentation and technical leadership; engage with clients and stakeholders to present concepts and updates; support construction and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on mission-critical or large-scale data center projects.
  • •Expertise in architectural planning, building design, and coordination for complex technical facilities.
  • •Demonstrated experience in data center projects with coordination with MEP and Structural disciplines and reviewing multi-disciplinary submittals.
  • •Proficiency with architectural design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-phase, or large-scale data center design programs; familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as LEED/BREEAM (preferred).
