Senior Manager, Healthcare Payer Operations (Remote)

Lead multiple operational teams supporting member enrollment and billing, including operations within the Provider Enrollment area. Drive operational excellence by managing client SLAs, quality, productivity, and financial targets through reporting and KPIs. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, coach leaders, manage staffing and capacity forecasting, and implement automation and corrective action to improve satisfaction.
