  • •Provide proactive, strategic leadership for bridge inspection discipline and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
  • •Lead complex bridge inspection projects, including budgets, tracking hours/expenses, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
  • •Pursue and develop bridge inspection business in the Mountain/Pacific Northwest Region, including contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
  • •Perform and lead structural inspections and ensure reporting follows NBIS/NTIS standards and client guidance.
  • •Mentor staff and provide performance guidance, including planning and managing projects in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

  • •Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • •Professional Engineering Licensure.
  • •10+ years of bridge inspection experience (NBIS) with transportation clients.
  • •NBIS Certified Bridge Inspection Team Leader with up-to-date certifications.
  • •Ability to perform continuous field work, including working at heights, in adverse weather, and in close quarters.
