Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage centralized order credit freeze/release responsibilities and ensure compliance with Eaton’s credit management policies.
  • •Assess customer credit ratings, including daily and annual credit assessments, and prepare credit analysis reports for APAC operations in CFS Scope.
  • •Verify that relevant payments are received promptly to facilitate releases of goods.
  • •Oversee and manage the full release process, ensuring each shipment meets internal procedures and complies with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Implement strategies to reduce credit risk, maintain accurate records, coordinate with other departments, and address issues during the release process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent education), with Finance experience preferred.
  • •More than 3 years of experience, with a Bachelors/Masters in finance preferred.
  • •Good understanding of order and credit risk management.
  • •Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of SOX and compliance requirements.
