Own and prioritise the product backlog for the UK app and commerce platforms, translating UK business needs into clear, well-ordered epics and user stories. Partner across app, ecommerce, retail, marketing, loyalty/CRM, operations, and delivery teams to align requirements with Sephora Central/EME/Global platform direction. Coordinate roadmap planning, releases, dependencies, and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring delivery meets acceptance criteria and creates measurable customer, operational, and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

•Own, manage, and prioritise the product backlog aligned to business value.
•Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development, QA, and business stakeholders.
•Manage app prioritisation streams across UK and Central teams, balancing customer needs, value, platform direction, and delivery capacity.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions across app, ecommerce, retail, marketing, loyalty, CRM, and operations.
•Support roadmap planning, release coordination, dependencies, delivery tracking, and Scrum ceremonies; ensure solutions are tested and meet requirements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, digital product delivery, or a closely related role.
•Strong understanding of Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and delivery governance.
•Experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.
•Confidence using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, documentation, and team alignment.
•Awareness of APIs, integrations, OMS/order management, loyalty, CRM, promotions, and testing/release processes.
