Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, lead, and control project area and assigned staff within delegated authorities.
  • •Establish project business rhythm and governance, ensuring correct project management methodology across the full lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain robust project schedules, and manage/tracking cost, schedule, and technical performance vs approved baselines.
  • •Monitor/control WBS, schedule, risk register, scope change control, delivery, and EAC; oversee project performance objectives and indicators.
  • •Lead and motivate cross-disciplinary integrated teams; manage customer/stakeholder relationships and embed risk/opportunity management and execution excellence, including Lessons Learned and PMO initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business) or equivalent proven experience.
  • •Certified Practicing Project Manager or equivalent (IPMA and/or PMP).
  • •7+ years of demonstrated experience in the engineering or defence sector.
  • •Minimum 3 years managing complex projects or work packages in a matrix organization.
  • •Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities, with a positive attitude.
