Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex BIM and Plant Data-Centric modeling for MEP systems using tools including Revit, SmartPlant, Plant 3D, and other industry software.
  • •Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for MEP systems throughout project lifecycles.
  • •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP systems and resolve clashes.
  • •Develop and enhance BIM content libraries and parametric families for MEP components.
  • •Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and documentation from BIM models; lead implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
  • •Demonstrated BIM software experience, particularly Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP, plus Navisworks.
  • •Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems design principles, coordination processes, and BIM workflows.
