Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate construction activities to complete projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Manage cost controls including collecting/analyzing project costs and advising management on cost-efficient actions.
  • •Establish and maintain line-item costs for preliminaries and consumables throughout the project period.
  • •Lead value engineering and manage design changes and variations to minimize cash tied up in inventory.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety policies/procedures, support HSE initiatives, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience with 5 years relevant construction experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes, and protocols.
  • •Thorough understanding of Quality, OH and S, and Environmental Management Systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial/cost accounting, contract administration, and risk management.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
