Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-shift leadership and manage Warehouse Associates and Delivery Associates to meet quality standards and end-to-end delivery processes.
  • •Oversee sortation, vehicle loading, and dispatching functions for drivers while on-road.
  • •Ensure health & safety compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and investigations; enforce safety/GMP/PPE/hygiene policies.
  • •Meet and exceed service KPIs, respond to customer service requests, and manage escalations.
  • •Supervise scheduling, time & attendance, performance reviews, and provide training, coaching, and guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, transportation, or fulfillment companies.
  • •2+ years of direct management experience overseeing employees and/or contingent or third-party resources in a large-scale environment.
  • •Valid Class 5 license (or equivalent in a Canadian Province).
  • •Ability to work alternative/flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • •Experience with data reporting and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
