Job Summary

Establish and execute operating models, governance, and leadership rhythms to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery outcomes. Lead large-scale portfolio programs across Engineering ART and Cloud Application Migration ART by standardizing planning and delivery cadences, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring predictable delivery against committed outcomes. Create decision-support tools, drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Tech and Ops with Finance/HR/Communications, and partner on transformation and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and own engineering leadership operating rhythm, including governance/finance/HR and CIO operations functional cycles.
•Provide portfolio/program leadership for Engineering ART and Cloud Migration ART, standardizing planning and delivery cadences and managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
•Create and deliver tools/resources to support leadership decision-making, KPI evaluation, and accountability.
•Direct key initiatives and special projects across engineering operational resiliency, client SLA reporting and maturity, and internal/external communications.
•Partner with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance, Communications, HR) to drive alignment, transformation, and talent development/engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 290,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in Technology or Financial Services.

•Demonstrated experience defining, shaping, and influencing strategy and managing highly complex, time-sensitive deliverables.
