Job Summary

Customer Success Manager at Altura will build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, guide onboarding and adoption of the new platform, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and Product, and champion customer value. Key Responsibilities

•Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as the main point of contact after the sales handover.
•Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to understand customer goals and tailor Altura’s solutions to their specific needs.
•Onboarding: provision new customers with an account, customize the platform to their data/workflows, and train end users to transform their way of working.
•Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
•Customer Advocacy: Promote customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving, focusing on maximizing customer value and success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant commercial roles (e.g., Account Executive).
•Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders within accounts and driving customer success.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
