Job Summary

Own FP&A for San Jose operations, driving the end-to-end close lifecycle and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting. Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance reviews. Serve as primary author for investor-facing financial content, build investor-grade models, and support earnings and capital markets materials. Partner with business leaders on OpEx, investment review, and go/no-go analyses while building and scaling the FP&A team and planning/analytics stack.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end close lifecycle for San Jose operations, improving accuracy and efficiency across journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
•Own the financial roadmap including the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis, partnering with finance unit leadership.
•Create investor-facing financial content and scenario models, authoring financial narratives for S-1/F-1 materials and managing investor engagement support.
•Lead Business Finance Partnering: manage OpEx budgets, prioritize capital expenditure, run strategic investment review processes, and deliver go/no-go analysis for new initiatives and partnerships.
•Build FP&A infrastructure and team: hire and develop finance professionals, implement the Anaplan/NetSuite/planning and BI stack, and design KPI frameworks and operating cadences.

Key Requirements

•Build and own annual operating plans and run quarterly rolling re-forecast cycles using trading volumes, crypto market conditions, and business updates.
•Produce variance analysis and forward-looking commentary through a monthly financial review cadence with finance unit heads.
•Author investor-grade financial models and investor-facing materials (including management roadshow decks and financial narrative sections of S-1/F-1).
•Demonstrate hands-on FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Board-level financial reporting at a high-growth company.
•Have experience with modern FP&A tools and technology stacks such as Anaplan, NetSuite, and SQL.
