Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end close lifecycle for San Jose operations, improving accuracy and efficiency across journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.
  • •Own the financial roadmap including the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis, partnering with finance unit leadership.
  • •Create investor-facing financial content and scenario models, authoring financial narratives for S-1/F-1 materials and managing investor engagement support.
  • •Lead Business Finance Partnering: manage OpEx budgets, prioritize capital expenditure, run strategic investment review processes, and deliver go/no-go analysis for new initiatives and partnerships.
  • •Build FP&A infrastructure and team: hire and develop finance professionals, implement the Anaplan/NetSuite/planning and BI stack, and design KPI frameworks and operating cadences.
