Senior Vice President, Mechanical Engineer - Buildings

Lead the growth and delivery of the Mechanical Engineering practice across Southern California, serving Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, and Civic clients. Partner with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to expand WSP’s Property & Buildings market presence through client relationship management, proposal development, and major pursuit leadership. Provide executive technical oversight for HVAC, central utility plant, sustainable energy, and building systems projects, while mentoring engineering teams and managing project performance, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
