Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic growth initiatives for the Mechanical Engineering practice throughout Southern California.
  • •Develop and maintain key client relationships and pursue major new business opportunities.
  • •Provide executive oversight and technical direction for complex mechanical engineering projects, including HVAC and building systems.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams while supporting recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • •Provide executive oversight of project performance, profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and related risk management/QA.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success leading large-scale Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education, and/or Civic projects.
  • •Strong business development experience developing client relationships and winning work.
