Real Estate Project Manager - Acquisitions & Leases

Coordinate and analyze purchase agreements and leases for existing and new market locations. Manage lease and purchase agreement consents, amendments, communications, and related real estate documentation, including conducting abstracts and determining obligations for compliance. Track key dates and compliance obligations, and partner with the legal team as agreements are drafted and executed. Coordinate lease information with corporate AP and Lease Administration to support ongoing acquisitions and leasing activities.
