Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ERP solution design, scoping, and deal value proposition, collaborating with sales to tailor D365 solutions to client requirements.
  • •Lead and present solution architecture, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and act as a trusted advisor through the delivery cycle.
  • •Deliver ERP project outcomes with architectural integrity, scalability, performance governance, and alignment to Microsoft standards.
  • •Oversee data migration, integration, and customisation efforts, including risk/issue escalation oversight.
  • •Lead and mentor functional and technical Dynamics ERP consultants, and drive AI-enabled ERP solution delivery capability and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Finance & Operations) solutions.
  • •Strong expertise across relevant Dynamics 365 modules and selected ISV solutions, including Business Central areas like Sales, Finance Management, Purchasing & Payables, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
  • •Proven track record in presales engagements and client presentations, including solution scoping and commercial viability.
  • •Experience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • •Appropriate Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and an innovation mindset for AI and digital transformation.
