Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate client records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
