Universal Banker - Lakeside

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a consistently strong service experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling, identifying client needs and offers, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, handle new account openings and problem resolution, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
