Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead period-closing activities and coordinate the weekly/monthly cadence for portfolio inputs, reviews, and on-time deliverables to RFS FP&A.
  • •Supervise earned value and contract execution inputs, including baseline planning, development, estimates at completion (EACs), and risk and opportunity development.
  • •Provide financial performance analysis and early identification/communication of issues affecting key metrics such as bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
  • •Drive efficiencies through process improvement and expand FP&A best practices across RFS Development.
  • •Support balance sheet, overhead, and investment activities including capital projects, NBI spending, CFRs, and ARs.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years.
  • •Experience leading externally reported EVM programs, including knowledge of IPMDAR, CFSR, DFARS clauses, and DID formats.
  • •Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, and AO (or similar processes).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for access under the program/contract.
