Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and enhance plant efficiencies by analyzing workforce utilization, facility layouts, and operational workflows, including time studies, capacity analyses, and risk assessments.
  • •Implement continuous improvement initiatives using A3 problem-solving, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping, supporting lean transformation and operational excellence.
  • •Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions and generate data-driven projects using A3 methodology.
  • •Help implement new equipment or technologies and monitor installations for compliance with budget and specifications.
  • •Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, work standards, and visual management systems; support training workshops and deliver reports to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Company may consider a currently enrolled college student graduating by end of the current school year.
  • •Preferred experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
