Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and/or perform instrument installations and qualifications per equipment protocols.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot system concerns to minimize downtime.
  • •Coordinate with Quality Assurance on qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance requirements to comply with regulations.
  • •Communicate with vendors to generate price quotes and schedule PMs, calibrations, repairs, and other services.
  • •Maintain PM and service documentation, track service activities, and support inventory management, lab safety checks/audits, and corrective actions.
