Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build integrations, APIs, and data exchange systems connecting Wrapbook to accounting, ERP, and third-party/AI-enabled systems.
  • •Own integration pipelines and SLAs end-to-end to ensure reliable data movement with clear metrics.
  • •Define and manage data contracts to prevent upstream changes from breaking downstream integrations and analytics.
  • •Provide engineering leadership via code reviews, ticket execution, and ownership of critical customer data issues.
  • •Stand up observability and participate in an on-call rotation to support production integration systems.

Salary: CAD 183,000 - 251,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical expertise building integrations, APIs, and data exchange systems; accounting integrations experience is a plus.
  • •Experience designing data-centric systems, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture; data architecture experience is a plus.
  • •Strong coding fluency with modern data/integration tooling (e.g., Dagster, Airbyte, Airflow, dbt) and hands-on Python and Rails.
  • •Systems and architectural thinking to design scalable architecture balancing performance, cost, and governance.
  • •Experience working with Scrum or Agile teams, with a collaborative mindset across product, data, compliance, and security.
