Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair damaged automotive interior materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery.
  • •Repair and restore interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
  • •Perform color matching/dying for cloth and fabric to restore original appearance.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection centers to complete reconditioning work.
  • •Follow the 1st-shift schedule and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair experience (auto interior and/or glass repair).

  • •Ability to repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and use required safety equipment.
