Job Summary

Own a consumer experience domain and raise the craft bar across end-to-end UX for multiple consumer surfaces. Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team (UX, UI, content, localization), stay hands-on through critiques, and solve ambiguous problems with a bias to ship. Build and scale the Zest design system and modern UI foundations, close the design-to-engineering gap with design-to-code workflows, and make the team AI-native to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UX/UI/content/localization team across multiple consumer surfaces while staying hands-on with design reviews and critiques.
•Solve problems from first principles and help the team focus on outcomes, installing the right structure to ship at speed.
•Set and uphold an extremely high craft bar across UX flows and polished UI, including layout, typography, motion, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling.
•Own a consumer experience domain end-to-end across the customer journey, from problem framing to shipped products across brands and markets.
•Build design-technology capability by scaling the Zest design system and modern UI foundations, and make design workflows AI-native to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and design-to-delivery.

•Track record leading and growing high-performing design teams in product-first, consumer (B2C) companies, including hiring and coaching designers from IC to managers.
•Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, making hard decisions, and pushing for the right solution.
•Demonstrated success driving teams to ship great software at scale, owning execution across a product line and portfolio of features.
•Exceptional visual and interaction craft with a high personal bar for detail across hierarchy, motion, and micro-interactions.
•Fluency at the design–engineering boundary (design systems, component architecture, prototyping in code or advanced tools) and use of AI across the design workflow (e.g., insight synthesis and design-to-code).
