  • •Administer the polyphase ConTrac system database and coordinate policy/rate/contract-related changes with SAP Support.
  • •Support polyphase itemized customer invoices and MPUC complaints, including reviewing ZIUAOR016 and running routine queries.
  • •Create line extension packets for billing work orders and support depreciation credits, upgrades apportionment, transformer salvage calculations, and annual MPUC reporting scope.
