Key Responsibilities

•Involved in product development, product maintenance and sustainability. Focus on customer and factory issue support for product continuity, field solution and revenue mitigation
•Support E2E customer issues and root cause analysis
•Prepare failure analysis that meets customer requirements & expectations, design, process & safety guidelines
•Support products transfer activities. Ensure the correct BOM, Work Instruction, Control plan, Test procedure and station, Agency Certification, and other manufacturing documents are reviewed and in place for site qualification
•Perform verification test per product specifications and writing test reports

Key Requirements

•>5 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related disciplines
•Strong understanding of electronic design principles, including schematic design and circuit analysis
•Experience with battery and charger design and testing is a plus
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Problem solver with a drive to deliver high-quality results
