•Develop and implement modeling and simulation frameworks to validate algorithm performance and test system capabilities under varied scenarios.
•Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success amid ambiguity.
•Scope ideal system laydown, scrutinize system performance, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements.
•Own systems end-to-end by identifying and solving problems between system seams and driving to the desired outcome.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 218,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience and a degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Experience with model-based systems engineering across the program lifecycle using tools such as JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, and AFSIM.
•Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
•Skilled in Statistics, AI/ML, Requirements, Testing, and MBSE.
•Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
