Job Summary

Lead the planning, development, and management of complex, multi-project programme schedules across AECOM’s Infrastructure capital projects. Provide governance and quality assurance for schedule development and performance reporting, drive continuous improvement in scheduling practices, and translate schedule data into executive-level progress insights. Manage integrated master schedules, support resource- and cost-loaded planning, and coach embedded scheduling teams while partnering with Programme Controls and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable programme schedules across Infrastructure capital projects, leading planning, development, and management of complex multi-project schedules.
•Oversee executive-level progress reporting, including critical risks, mitigation strategies, and key decision points, using high-quality programme controls analysis.
•Establish governance and quality assurance for schedule development, monitoring, performance measurement, and reporting across the programme portfolio.
•Drive continuous improvement by evaluating scheduling methodologies, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall programme performance.
•Maintain integrated master schedules and develop/implement WBS and CBS, monitoring schedule variances and coordinating recovery and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme controls, including at least 3 years supporting major aviation, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure programmes.
•Expertise developing and managing schedules for complex, high-value capital projects across the infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
•Ability to consolidate and integrate multiple schedule inputs, performance metrics, and project data streams to produce accurate programme-wide schedules and executive reporting.
•Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments (consultancy, client-side, or contractor) with strong stakeholder expectations and governance knowledge.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex schedule data and support programme decision-making.
