Job Summary

Lead the identification, development, and commercialization of new or alternative packaging solutions that support cross-functional projects across multiple Conagra operations. Own complex technical delivery, including continuity initiatives, and partner with R&D and Supply Chain Engineering. Plan and execute plant, pilot plant, and lab trials; review and approve technical specifications; troubleshoot packaging and manufacturing issues; and present results to leadership while managing stakeholder communications.

•Review, interpret, develop, and approve technical specifications; serve as a subject matter expert in selected packaging platforms.
•Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and packaging issues, collaborate with internal/external partners, and prepare technical results for leadership.

•Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
