Job Summary

Process healthcare insurance claims using customer-provided process documents and standard operating procedures. Review claims and calculate patient responsibility using Coordination of Benefit (COB), navigating and capturing information across multiple client applications. Communicate clearly in English with the client, and work scheduled Monday–Friday shifts from 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM with flexibility for business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Read and understand customer-provided process documents
•Analyze insurance claims and process them per standard operating procedures
•Calculate COB (Coordination of Benefit) and the patient’s responsibility for insurance decisions
•Navigate multiple client applications and capture required information to process claims
•Work scheduled shifts Monday–Friday 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM and remain flexible to business requirements

Key Requirements

•0–1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO
•University degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of formal studies
•Good typing skills (25 WPM) or completed typewriting (lower preferred)
•1+ year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications to navigate screens and learn new software tools
•Ability to work scheduled Monday–Friday shifts 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM and communicate effectively in English (oral/written)
