Key Responsibilities

•Know exactly where SLAs and our metrics stand at any given time.
•Create regular health reports for stakeholders and understand the status of our queues; articulate findings to stakeholders.
•Understand our forecasts and provide recommendations to improve; introduce alternative forecasts when asked.
•Help create and execute the strategic plan and OKRs; collaborate to achieve higher-level objectives.
•Carry out tasks related to managing queues: review/iterate forecasts, create scheduling patterns, publish schedules, and collaborate with the wider WFM team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,650,000 - 2,250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in Workforce Management, specifically Real-time/Intraday management and Schedule optimization.
•Proficiency with WFM software (Calabrio a major plus) and ability to adapt to internal tools quickly.
•Comfort with processing large data sets; strong experience with G Suite (Sheets/Excel); coding in SQL and Python to automate processes.
•Proficient English (spoken and written) for collaboration with US-based and global stakeholders.
•Experience administrating FTE rosters, developing tactical 8-week plans, and publishing schedules that balance business needs with agent well-being.
