Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop’s seller growth by sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding high-potential UK sellers through proactive, multi-channel outbound prospecting. Lead initial pitches to align seller needs with TikTok Shop’s value, assess partner fit, and support end-to-end onboarding and activation. Work cross-functionally to help onboarded merchants grow GMV, while meeting monthly and quarterly targets over the 3–6 month ramp period.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit to identify potential partners and define pathways to GMV growth.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ongoing support and merchant navigation toward growth targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
•Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract with potential extension based on impact and results.
•Experience in high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform businesses is a strong advantage.
