Job Summary

Support NVIDIA’s Enterprise EMEA Sales team by running day-to-day sales operations and customer support. You’ll resolve enterprise customer queries, manage order processing and fulfilment, pricing, quotes, rebates/claims, and revenue management. Own forecast submission and backlog allocation, ensure timely delivery with planning, operations, production, and warehouse partners, and create reporting for shipping, backlog, and forecast visibility. Use SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel, and agentic tools to improve data integrity and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and resolve enterprise customer queries and issues across EMEA while supporting sales internal processes and systems.
•Handle order processing and fulfilment, including pricing, quotes, backend rebates and claims, and revenue management.
•Collect, review, and submit forecasts; review backlog and allocation with the planning team, coordinating with operations/production/warehouse for on-time delivery.
•Create and maintain operational reports (shipping, backlog, and forecast) to provide visibility into performance, pipeline, and order status.
•Use SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, Excel, and agentic tools to ensure data integrity and streamline analytical workflows; continuously improve regional sales operations processes.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business operations, sales support, or customer service in an enterprise/high-tech environment.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•Excellent problem-solving and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage sophisticated tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Customer-focused approach with outstanding communication and collaborative relationship-building skills across internal partners and external customers.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite plus SAP, Vistex, Salesforce, and Excel; willingness to learn new tools.
