Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall IT service delivery performance at the site(s).
  • •Lead, coach, and support the local IT team; act as primary site IT contact for escalations and major downtime incidents.
  • •Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with SBU and site annual/long-range plans, partnering with SBU IT, enterprise IT, and external partners.
  • •Coordinate and lead local execution of projects such as application implementations, technology deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and warehouse-related system enhancements.
  • •Apply Lean principles to IT standard work processes and improve the use of technology to enhance inventory accuracy, material flow, storage optimization, and warehouse productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing IT environment, or equivalent manufacturing operations/engineering experience.
  • •Experience with manufacturing/shop floor applications including MES/production execution, inventory/warehousing, and warehouse management/quality/maintenance applications.
  • •Experience supporting front office users and business functions, and warehouse/distribution/logistics or material flow operations in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Dematic Warehouse, Apriso MES, and warehouse management/execution systems; Lean principles knowledge is a plus.
