Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development, identify and originate opportunities, and lead campaigns across the defence sector.
  • •Oversee all aspects of engagement delivery, including client outreach, proposals, solutions architecture, pricing strategy and risk/compliance.
  • •Lead multiple delivery teams across various models and engagement scopes, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • •Provide leadership for client interactions on delivery progress and insights, including with C-suite and senior management.
  • •Coach and mentor staff and drive practice development through performance management, IP generation, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
  • •Deep understanding of the defence sector and an exceptional network; track record of work winning with MOD or OEM clients.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service mindset and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
