Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing both complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls and by identifying needs or opportunities, referring clients as appropriate.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance and assist with new account openings and problem resolution.
