Key Responsibilities

  • •Uphold ACWA core values and lead HSSE performance (zero injury, no incidents) with compliance to OSS policies, procedures, and applicable GB regulations.
  • •Ensure project delivery according to contract requirements and budget, managing interfaces and key stakeholders including EPC, local community, and government departments.
  • •Drive schedule risk identification and resolution; ensure contractors and subcontractors execute works per approved procedures and progress plan.
  • •Establish and run quality controls (ITP, third-party inspection, test/inspection plans) to meet ACWA standards without compromise.
  • •Manage cash-flow forecasting and milestone payments, handle permitting gaps (e.g., EIA, planning/land/construction permits), coordinate site meetings and progress reporting, and support handover to O&M.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as water chemistry, civil engineering, electrical engineering, new energy engineering, or engineering management.
  • •15+ years of execution/management experience for seawater desalination or new energy projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project management principles/practices, and ability to implement and improve management systems and tools.
  • •Familiar with project full lifecycle governance and with engineering/procurement/construction progress and cost control, including interfaces.
  • •Proficient in using Office and CAD, with fluent English communication; able to travel frequently and work on-site.
