Lead a rapidly expanding hydropower team, delivering complex projects from feasibility through construction while driving business development across international markets. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and partners, and shape technical strategies and growth opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Europe and India.

•Serve as program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing teams on major hydropower projects and programs, focusing on client communication and delivery.
•Lead the pursuit of major hydropower projects, preparing proposals and engaging with clients.
•Develop business strategies for hydropower based on market trends and identify opportunities within the business line and adjacent sectors.
•Lead client-facing activities to develop business with existing clients and win work with new clients, building relationships with clients, teaming partners, and stakeholders.
•Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of hydropower energy infrastructure and match team skills with market trends while driving strategic technical leadership hires.

•Experience working with clients and collaborators on an international level
