Support the Store Manager in driving KPIs and sales targets, improving daily and weekly performance through coaching and clear goal communication to the team. Monitor KPI and team performance using reports, control store costs and operations (including inventory, staffing, admin, and schedules), and ensure the store’s presentation is always correct. Step in as manager during their absence and help motivate, train, and develop team members.
