Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct vehicle inspections per Manheim inspection standards, including verifying VINs, mileage, options, and recording exterior and interior condition.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.
  • •Identify and document damage, missing components, or inoperable features and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Engage dealer clients by building trust, educating them on mobile inspection services, and proactively supporting inspection volume across the territory.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports, use Salesforce.com for reporting and tracking, and collaborate with other teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Requirements
