Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate Signatera into GI multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical treatment pathways by engaging GI oncology specialists and pathologists across academic and community settings.
  • •Execute targeted strategies to drive GI clinical adoption and influence test adoption and volume growth across GI cancer types using approved clinical marketing messages.
  • •Collaborate with internal oncology teams (including molecular sales specialists, pharma sales, and medical affairs) to align and execute unified strategic account plans.
  • •Manage testing workflow optimization by identifying clinical/logistical barriers to testing, streamlining patient identification, sample acquisition (tissue and blood-based ctDNA), and result delivery.
  • •Monitor and document account health, proactively address competitive threats and new opportunities, and resolve client issues as a clinical concierge while maintaining ethical compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of direct oncology or molecular diagnostics experience (GI oncology, colorectal surgery, or molecular testing preferred) or an Associate degree with at least 7 years of direct oncology experience.
  • •Deep, pre-existing knowledge of the local oncology market, including key institutional networks, NCI centers, and community GI oncology practices.
  • •Robust understanding of oncology molecular diagnostics, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), liquid biopsy, and molecular residual disease (MRD) in GI solid tumors.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  • •Ability to confidently engage and communicate with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, gastroenterologists, and pathologists.
