Key Responsibilities

•Repair and alter buildings and structures within building code requirements, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
•Install/repair wood components (e.g., trusses, rafters, studs, joists, floors) and select lumber, materials, and supplies.
•Fabricate and install frames/casings for windows and doors, and install shelves, counters, cabinets, and related items.
•Adhere to company safety policies, perform housekeeping/cleanup, and fabricate shop/site items such as concrete forms and scaffolds.
•Complete daily work order logs documenting inspections, maintenance, and repairs, including work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Five (5) years journeyman level Carpenter experience, including residential and commercial work.
•Roofing experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/IDs/certifications.
•Must obtain and maintain a Favorable adjudication of a Tier 1 Investigation.
