Shipping Lead

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments by preparing paperwork, verifying shipping documents, and scheduling outbound loads. Determine proper loading order and product placement, set up loads with common carriers and outside freight companies, and dispatch carriers with delivery instructions. Ensure internal and external paperwork complies with UFP procedures and DOT regulations, document shortages, and assist with order tracing or expediting while maintaining accurate shipment records.
