Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up a robust inventory management and movement process to provide accurate visibility to upstream and downstream teams.
  • •Drive change management in DC warehousing and staging teams, lead in setting up RACI and change management.
  • •Own and drive inventory targets and efficiency, including working capital target, cycle count accuracy, and space utilization.
  • •Investigate weekly inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and long-term process improvements.
  • •Support DC warehousing and staging teams to maintain real-time inventory records and ensure SOPs and controls are executed in all warehouse activities and material flow.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years inventory, warehousing, manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or a related field
  • •Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
  • •Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment
