Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end expatriate employee lifecycle and oversee Guinea-specific rewards and benefits programs. Partner with Global Mobility, business leaders, authorities, and service providers to ensure compliant, efficient expatriate service delivery. Manage expatriate housing, relocation, employee relations matters, annual remuneration reviews, and benefits governance, while leading and developing the Expatriate Services and In-Country Rewards & Benefits team to support Simfer’s transition into operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end expatriate lifecycle (mobilization, onboarding, assignment management, extensions, redeployment, offboarding).
•Ensure compliance with immigration, visa, work permit, and residency requirements and act as a primary liaison with Global Mobility, authorities, and service providers.
•Oversee expatriate housing, relocation, and onboarding programs.
•Lead governance and continuous improvement of Guinea-specific remuneration and benefits programs, including local benefits arrangements and annual remuneration reviews/benchmarking.
•Lead, coach, and develop the Expatriate Services and In-Country Rewards & Benefits team and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effective service delivery.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of progressive HR generalist and managerial experience, including expatriate management/global mobility, employee relations, and compensation rewards/benefits.
•Strong HR generalist background delivering operational services, compliance, employee relations, and rewards expertise.
•Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters.
•Fluency in English and French is preferred (Africa or complex regulatory environment experience is highly desirable).
