Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee YC Combinator and other accelerator partnerships.
  • •Work across the business to ensure an excellent founder experience with Stripe.
  • •Build out and oversee execution of key accelerator programs and initiatives.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for partners and top startups within the accelerator ecosystem.
  • •Maintain a product feedback loop to internal teams and provide weekly/quarterly updates on progress, market trends, and product feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in the startup ecosystem with startup or investing experience.
  • •Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and founder empathy, with ability to build partnerships, particularly within the Y Combinator community.
  • •Experienced business or technical founder passionate about helping other founders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to launch new programming.
  • •Strong verbal and written communications skills in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
