Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison between benefit/LOA vendors and Salesforce employees, interpreting policies and regulations to advise and clarify.
  • •Manage benefit and LOA casework using team dashboards to ensure timely, KPI-based responses and identify trends to support training.
  • •Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams (Benefits/LOA COE, Payroll, ESBPs, and legal) to deliver seamless end-to-end employee experiences.
  • •Assist employees with workers’ compensation claims with Health & Safety and the workers’ compensation vendor.
  • •Lead UAT for system enhancements and support continuous improvement by recommending solutions, leveraging Basecamp insights, and updating internal/external articles.
