Automotive Parts Coordinator

Provide customer service at Carvana dealerships by identifying and recommending the right automotive parts, sourcing and ordering complex parts, and processing parts orders and returns. Maintain an organized parts counter and stock room, support inventory management and replenishment, and coordinate with internal shop teams and suppliers for timely delivery. Offer technical guidance on parts compatibility and installation while handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
