Key Responsibilities

•Grow and develop TikTok Shop Singapore’s MCN and top creator e-commerce sales performance across livestream and video channels.
•Coordinate operational planning, content strategies, and growth initiatives for overseas and local agencies, sellers, and creators.
•Facilitate affiliate collaboration, including product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, and livestream/video preparation.
•Build and manage relationships with MCN agencies, media companies, merchants, content creators, macro KOLs, and Singaporean celebrities.
•Analyze creators’ weekly performance, deliver reporting, and recommend optimizations to traffic and conversion.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
•Familiar with TikTok and interested in the e-commerce industry, Singapore influencers, social media landscape, and livestream/video practices.
•Proficient with design tools such as Figma or Photoshop, or comfortable using AI tools to create visual assets.
•Experience in data analytics and presentation with strong attention to detail.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills with understanding of project management.
